Today is a bitter sweet day, I would like to say thank you for your support that you have given me personally and to Vanilla Bean over the past three and half years, but due to unforeseen circumstances I will be closing the store at the end of the April.

Vanilla Bean started in 1992 as my wedding cake business, in 2006 we took over Gourmet Essentials, and were doing business as Gourmet Essentials, when we moved in to the historic waterfront it was a great time to become Vanilla Bean again, it has been a good move and I have enjoyed being a part of the waterfront! I will miss all of you . . . .
